GILBEY, Deborah "Debby" P.
It is with great sadness that the family of Debby Gilbey of Hanwell, N.B. announce her sudden passing at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital on Monday, June 21, 2010. For 28 years Debby was employed with Marwood Ltd. in Beaverdam, N.B. and was Executive Assistant to Mr. Ross Creelman.
Debby is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 36 years, Leonard R. Gilbey. She was a much loved and cherished mother to her daughter Krista Grieve of Harvey, N.B. and was a treasured and adored "Grammie" to her two granddaughters, Jenna Grieve and Karlee Grieve both Harvey, N.B. Debby will be sadly missed by her mother, Vera O'Donnell and her sister Valerie Sawler (David) and by a very special nephew Brent Sawler all of Fredericton as well as a number of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews and cousins. Her father, Blain L. O'Donnell predeceased her in 1996.
The family will receive condolences at Bishop's Funeral Home, 540 Woodstock Road, Fredericton on Thursday, June 24, 2010 from 2-4 P.M. and 7-9 P.M. A funeral service will be held from Bishop's Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, June 25, 2010 at 1:00 PM with Rev. Joe Beesley officiating. A private interment will be held at a later date.
