Dear mother of Gloria Hans (Gerry), Karen Stella (Joseph) and George (Debbie). Lovingly remembered by her eight grandchildren, by her six great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. Sister of Mary Wakelin (Keith), Laura Jenkins, Judy Glover, Myrna Currie (David). Predeceased by her husband, George W. Rice; and by her parents, Walter Charles and Julia Ann (Steele) Casford. Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home until Friday at 9:45, then to the Church of the Most Holy Redeemer for funeral mass at 10 a.m. Interment in Sherwood Cemetery. Visitation Thursday 7-9 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
