November 11, 1927 - July 7, 2010. Passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Centre surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her husband Jack (2001), her grandson Corey Doran (1994), parents Mary and Nicholas, sister Geraldine Lewis, two brothers Joe and Raymond McGrath. Leaving to mourn her nine children: Carol Wall (John), Hr. Main, Frank (Ruth), Wabush, Jackie Whelan (Leo), Halifax, Helen Olsen (Don), Halifax, Terry (Ann), Chapel's Cove, with whom she resided, Mary Doran (Leo), Labrador City, David (Paula), Harbour Main, Derm (Carolann), Chapel's Cove and Sharon Wall (Joe), Hr. Main. She will be missed by her 13 grandchildren: Jason, Jeffrey (Amanda), Stephanie (Steve), Jessica (Kevin), Terri Lynn (Jeremy), Trevor (Jennifer), Tracey, Curtis (Jenny), Emma, Jack, Amy, Kayla and Emily. Also her 5 great-grandchildren: Elizabeth, Olivia, Addison, Alexander and Brock. Also leaving to mourn her sisters: Ann Ghaney, Avondale, Loretta Johnson, Little Rock, Arkansas; her sister-in-law Ann Myers, Chapel's Cove and a large circle of relatives and friends. Resting at Dunphy's Funeral Home, Holyrood. Visitation on Thursday, July 8th from 4-9 p.m, and Friday, July 9th from 1-9 p.m. Funeral will take place on Saturday, July 10th, 2010 with 11:00 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial from Sts Peter & Paul Church, Harbour Main.
