Rick Robinson of Saint John passed away after a short illness at the Saint John Regional Hospital on July 9, 2010. He was the husband of Linda (McSheffrey) Robinson. Rick was born in Doaktown, NB on August 2, 1951 son of Charles and Betty (Dorcas) Robinson. Aside from his wife and parents Rick will be sadly missed by his daughter, Jami (Ron Green) Robinson, grandson, Joseph "Joey" Richard, sister Linda Robinson and several nieces and nephews. Rick was predeceased by his sister Judy Mason.
Family and friends will be gathering at Castle "Fallsview" Funeral Home 309 Lancaster Ave. Saint John West (634-1701) on Monday, July 12 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, July 13 from St. Pius X Roman Catholic church at 11:00 am. Interment will take place in St. Joseph's Cemetery at a later date. Due to allergies the family requests that no flowers be sent, in lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association or a charity of the donor's choice. On Saturday, July 17, 2010 a Memorial Service will be held for Rick at St. Thomas United Church on Main Street, Doaktown, NB. Online condolences may be placed at www.castlefh.com
