James Francis 'Francie' Peach, 65 of Glace Bay, formerly of Dominion passed away suddenly on Sunday July 11, 2010 at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital, Sydney, with his loving family by his side.
Born in Dominion, he was the son of the late Daniel and Amy (Peach) MacDonald.
Surviving are his wife, Jackie (Kelloway); sister, Mary Jane MacDonald; brother, John Peach (Yvonne) and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sister, Alice Gilmet.
Francie loved spending time with his family and singing karaoke.
Visitation will be held at Patten Funeral Home, 71 Union St., Glace Bay, Tuesday, July 13, 2010 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will follow on Wednesday at 11 a.m. in St. Mary's Anglican Church. Reception to follow. Interment at the Church of the Good Shepherd Cemetery, Reserve.
