Nathalie Thompson, 91, of Dieppe, passed away on Wednesday, July 14, 2010 at the Campbellton Regional Hospital. Born on November 9, 1918 in Saint-Charles-de-Kent, NB, she was the daughter of the late Fidèle and Osélie (Robichaud) Daigle.
Nathalie enjoyed listening to music, chatting with family and friends and had a great love for dancing. She was a member of the Canadian Legion Ladies Auxiliary # 6. She is survived by one daughter: Darlene Drapeau (Jacques) of Balmoral; one son: Jim (Dianne) of Riverview; three sisters: Béatrice Melanson of Dieppe, Ida Melanson of Grande-Digue and Theresa Pratt of Ottawa, Ont.; one brother: Louis Daigle of Leominster, Mass.; one sister-in-law: Thérèse Daigle of Moncton; three grandchildren: Jason, Craig and Gabrielle; two great-grandchildren: Oliver and Stella.
She was predeceased by her husband Thomas (1966), two sisters: Délida and Juliette; three brothers: Fred, Armand and Willie.
The family will receive condolences at Frenette's Funeral Home, 88 Church Street, Moncton (858-1900) on Friday from 7 to 9 p.m. and on Saturday from 9 a.m. until time of departure (9:45). The funeral mass will be celebrated at Sainte-Thérèse R.C. Church, Dieppe, on Saturday, July 17, 2010 at 10 a.m. Interment will be in Our Lady of Calvary Cemetery, Dieppe.
