Thomas R. Robinson

Passed in: Prince Edward Island, Canada
Passed on: July 10th, 2010

Tom Robinson of Argyle Shore, P.E.I., passed gently from this life to the next on Saturday, July 10, 2010.
Tom was known most of all for his devotion to his family, his sense of humour, hard work, generosity, and his ability to enjoy life.
He spent over 30 years as a master craftsman metal polisher, and enjoyed woodworking as well.
His favourite pastime in Charlottetown was to get coffee at Timothy's and then walk around dropping quarters in parking meters that had expired. Tom never hesitated to help a neighbour or a stranger, and was really good at "random acts of kindness".
His physical presence in our lives is deeply missed by his wife, Martha; daughters, Meghan and Alysia; stepson, Neil; son-in-law, Scott; sisters, Marie and Sue; brother-in-law, Mark; and a large extended family of cousins and friends.
His family would to like express our profound gratitude to the Home Care nurses for their unwavering encouragement and dedication, and for the gift of compassion and expert care that he received at the Palliative Care Home. Also for the love and support from our neighbours in Argyle Shore and to Debra Wellner and the staff at Senses for standing by us, and for all your hard work on our house.
Tom's family will be travelling back to Virginia for a memorial service there, and later this summer we'll have a picnic in Argyle Shore and sing his favourite songs.
Arrangements entrusted to Dawson Funeral Home, Crapaud.
