It is with grieving hearts we have to announce the passing of a very special man. Kevin left us July 16, 2010 with loved ones by his side at his home after a very brave fight with cancer. Kevin was born in Saint John on July 20, 1958 and worked for the DOT for 10 years, before beginning his own business, K Bar Sport. He layed many gymnasium floors throughout NB, NS, ON and the USA. He had a knack to fix anything and went above and beyond in his work and personal life to please everyone. He loved the outdoors and times spent with family and friends. Kevin leaves behind the love of his life, his wife Debbie; daughters Keltie and Kendall Ryan; step son Corey Bell; step daughter Stephanie Bell; sisters Jane Wright (Bill); Margaret Tracy (Ed); Rose LeBlanc (Ken); sister in law Violet Mclaughlin; sister in law Jane (Donnie), brother in law Randy (Brenda) and their families; mother and father in law Don and Aleatha MacPherson; nieces and nephews Jeff Stackhouse (Dawn), Mike Morris (Tanya), Robyn, Sarah Wright, Jamie Morris, and Ryan Wright. Besides his parents, Kevin was predeceased by a brother Bernie and a nephew Danny.
Arrangements are under the care of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Rd. Saint John (646-2424). Visiting hours will be from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm on Tuesday, July 20, 2010. Memorial service will be held from Fundy Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, July 21, 2010 at 2 pm, with a reception to follow at Fundy Funeral Home.
