BENNETT, Joseph G. – Passed away suddenly May 20, 2009 in the presence of his wife and children at age 58 years. Predeceased by father William, mother Marguerite, sister Laura, sister-in-law Gladys. Leaving to mourn wife Nina, son Joey, daughter Kayla; brothers Ambrose (Mary), Kevin (Gladys), Dermott (Regina), William (Debbie); sisters Rosemary (Tom), Marguerite (Nath), Maureen (Keith), and Mary; sisters-in-law Debbie (Hector), Lorraine (Desie), Yvonne (Lee), brothers-in-law Lester, Aiden, Larry (Kelly), Robert (Patti-Lynn); father-in-law Harvey and mother-in-law Shirley; also, a large circle of nieces, nephews and friends, as well as co-workers at NL Hydro. Resting at Holloway's Funeral Home, Whitbourne. Visitation Friday 5:00 - 9:30 p.m., Saturday 10:00 a.m. - 9:30 p.m., Sunday 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon. Funeral to take place on Sunday at 2:00 p.m. from St. Alphonsus Roman Catholic Church, Whitbourne. Interment to follow at the United Church Cemetery, Markland.
