Jean-Paul "Jake" LeBlanc, 56, of Moncton, passed away peacefully at The Moncton Hospital on Thursday, July 15, 2010. Born in Moncton, he was the son of Rita (Leger) LeBlanc-Cormier and the late Oscar LeBlanc. Jean-Paul was employed with Atlantic Employment Services. He enjoyed all sports, especially watching NASCAR (Jeff Gordon) and NFL Football and spending time with his family and friends. In addition to his mother, Rita LeBlanc-Cormier (Raymond), Jake will be sadly missed by his best friend and life partner, Gwen Bell, Moncton; her children, Cody and Samantha; brother, Edmond "Eddie" LeBlanc (Averill), Beaverbank, NS; sisters, Paulette LeBlanc (Kevin Terris), Moncton, Diana Fournier (Camilien "Cam"), Dieppe, Bernice LeBlanc (Mike), St. Damien, NB; nieces and nephews, Ricky, Justin, Renée, Joel, Stephanie, Rémi; life partner's father, Stephen Bell, Moncton. He was predeceased by his father, Oscar LeBlanc (October 1995).
In keeping with Jake's wishes, there will be no visitation hours or funeral service. Interment, Our Lady of Calvary Cemetery, Dieppe.
