SHEPPARD, Elsie Marie– Passed peacefully away with her loving family at her side, at Cambridge Memorial Hospital on Tuesday, May 19, 2009, at the age of 77. Elsie is the daughter of the late Martin & Margaret Sheppard and also predeceased by her daughter Karen and brother Charles. Cherished mother of Wayne (Brenda), Wanda (Gerald), Diane (Glen), Debbie (Robert), Sherry, Junior (Liz), Judy (Ronald), Dana (Keith), Paul (Nancy), Keith (Kim), Dion (Paula), Tammie (Scott) and Kelli (Derrick); devoted grandmother of 33 grandchildren and great-grandmother of 22; dear sister of Harold (Jose), George (Isabel), Hilda, Dorothy and Mary. Memorial services to celebrate Elsie’s life will be conducted at Jackson United Church, Bell Island, NL on Monday, May 25 at 2:00 p.m. Cremation has taken place. Inurnment is to take place at St. Boniface Anglican Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, we would greatly appreciate donations be made in her memory to the Diabetes Association.
