Robert A. "Bob" Watt
PICTOU - Robert A. "Bob" Watt, Robert Alexander, of Pictou passed away suddenly July 26, 2010 after a brief illness with his beloved wife and immediate family by his side. Bob was a well known and respected lumberman employing many in the best and worst of times. He was a great family man and was a community and church supporter. Bob is survived by his wife Mary; son, Mark (Janice), Kelowna, B.C.; grandsons, Jeremy and Matthew; brothers, Vincent and Jim (Ann); numerous nieces and nephews who all idolized Bob. He was predeceased by parents James B. Watt & Christine Munro; son, David; brother Earle; and sister in law Helen Watt. Good bye Bob, we love you and you will be missed by a! ll. His remains rested at the McLaren Funeral Home, Pictou. Funeral service will be held 2:00 PM (today) Wednesday from Pictou United Church with Michael Simmons officiating. Burial will be in Haliburton Cemetery. Family flowers only, donations may be made to a charity of choice.
