NEW GLASGOW – Alice Kathleen Jamieson, was born on Prince Edward Island, February 27th, 1941.
She passed away Sunday, May 24th, 2009 at the Aberdeen Hospital, New Glasgow.
She is survived by her sons, Frank (Susan), Caribou River, Pictou; Richard (Mary), Mountville Road, New Glasgow; grandchildren: Melvin, Alexander, Colin, Ashley and Matthew; great-grandchildren, Morgan and Nathan; brother, Wayne (Merilyn) Hayter, PEI.
She was predeceased by her husband, Carmen Jamieson.
The family will receive visitors from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. today in the H.W. Angus Funeral Home, New Glasgow. Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday from the Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Charles McPherson officiating. There will be visitation from 1 p.m. until the time of service. Burial will be in the Castle Hill Cemetery.
