(June 6, 1929 - August 3, 2010) - Passed peacefully away on August 3, 2010 at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital in the presence of her loving family. Predeceased by husband Michael; and youngest daughter Janet. Leaving to mourn son Bruce (Anne Marie, Amy, and Mike), Paradise NL, with whom she resided for 18 of her last 23 years; daughter Ingrid (Murray Dean, Michael and Robert), Regina SK. Special thanks to the staff of Hoyles - 2 West for their TLC over the past five years. Thank you to the staff of St. Clare's 7 east for their kindness and compassion to both Mom and us over the past few weeks and especially her last few days. Cremation has taken place. Visitation to take place from Carnell's Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road on Friday, August 6, 2010 from 12 noon - 9 pm. Interment to take place at home in Corner brook at a later date.
