Passed peacefully away at Carbonear General Hospital May 25, 2009, Mary Meaney of Colliers, age 88 years. Predeceased by her husband James and her brothers and sisters. Left with fond and loving memories her daughter Lynda (Larry) and son Jim; four grandchildren: Jamie, Marilyn, Adam and Stephanie; four great-grandchildren: Nicholas, Madison, Kalebe and Patrick; her sister Betty Shannahan, Harbour Grace; also a large number of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Resting at Conway’s Funeral Home, Conception Harbour, Wednesday and Thursday, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian burial at Immaculate Conception Church, Colliers, Friday at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at Immaculate Conception Cemetery.
