Passed peacefully away at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital on May 26, 2009, in the presence of her loving family. Margaret Theresa Lee (June 8, 1931), age 77 years. Predeceased by her husband Vincent Lee (1976), mother Cecilia and father Maurice; sister Madeline Finn and six brothers: Evan, George, Leo, John, Maurice and Dermott; nieces: Madeline Langer and Catherine Brennan and nephew Eugene Finn (Toronto, April, 2009). Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories sons: Vince, David and very special friend Alvera. Special sister-in-law Stella Lee. Also left to mourn with special memories of her Nanna Marg, Madison Spry. Nieces: Evelyn (Jim) Spry and Tracey Langer. Special family Shirley Hayward, Nicole and Blake, Jason (Tonya and Ethan) and Thomas Hayward whom she considered as her grandchildren; Jennifer (Bill) Boland and family and Alex (Paula) Brennan and family; special friends and neighbors Richard and Anita Clements, Ralph and Gloria Lee, Violet Hatfield, Pauline Malone and Mary Spry and very special friend and neighbor Frances Doyle. Nieces in Ontario and as well as a large circle of family and friends in Newfoundland and Ontario. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation will take place on Wednesday and Thursday from 12 noon to 9 p.m. Funeral Mass will take place on Friday, May 29, 2009 at 11 a.m. from St. Joseph’s Church, Petty Harbour. Interment to follow at St. Joseph’s Cemetery.
