Mary passed away unexpectedly on August 5, 2010 at the Victoria Hospital. She was born September 5, 1926 on the family farm in the Blaine Lake District. She met and married her husband Paul on January 29, 1945. They resided in Prince Albert where she took great pride in her yard and flowers. Mary will always be remembered for her great love of her family, especially her great grandchildren. Mary is survived by her daughter Diana (Verle) Sproull; her grandchildren Lori (Cameron) Hall and Jennifer Sproull (Azriel St. Michael); her great grandchildren Marleigh Hall and Johnathan Hall; her sister Dora Melnyk and her sister-in-law Rosie; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives. She was predeceased by her husband Paul; her sons Ronnie (in infancy) and Elmer; her two brothers Mike and Joe; her sister Annie (John) Sapieha; her brother-in-law Bill Melnyk and her parents John and Pearl Kosmynka. Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 10, 2010 at Gray's Funeral Chapel, 575 - 28th Street West, Prince Albert, SK. Interment will be held at South Hill Cemetery. In lieu of other tributes, memorial donations can be made to Charity of Donor's Choice. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.grays.ca.
