The death occurred at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Monday, August 9, 2010, of Mr. M. Gerard MacIntyre, of Charlottetown and formerly of Stratford, age 50 years.
Beloved husband of Dianne (nee McKenna) MacIntyre, and dear father of Kimberley Miller (Greg Burling), Kris (Shannon) Miller, Cheryl Miller, and Jennifer "Jenn" MacIntyre. He will also be lovingly remembered by four grandchildren David, Alix, Grace and Samantha.
Son of Bernadette "Bernie" and the late Alfred MacIntyre; brother of Allan (Roxanne) MacIntyre, Donna (Sterling) Jay, Margie (Derek) Llewellyn, and Christine "Chrissy" MacIntyre; and son-in-law of Audrey and the late Cyril McKenna.
Also survived by numerous members of the MacIntyre and McKenna families.
Resting at the Hennessey Funeral Home until 9:45 Friday morning, then transferred to St. Pius X Church for funeral mass at 10 a.m. Interment in the family plot at the Roman Catholic Cemetery.

Visiting hours at the funeral home on Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Absolutely no flowers or scents due to severe allergies.
