Peacefully at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Tuesday, August 10, 2010 of Mr. Alexander (Alex) MacCormack of Tracadie Cross, age 77 years.
Beloved husband of Freda (nee Mullen), and dear father of Adele Laybolt of Charlottetown and Heather MacCormack (Chris Campbell) of Mt. Herbert. He is also lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Adam, Sara and Ryan, sister Patricia (Joseph) MacNeil, brothers Thomas MacCormack, Leonard MacCormack, Dailes (Faye) MacCormack, and Terry (Myrtle) MacCormack.
He was predeceased by his daughter, Eleanor Adele, and his parents, Patrick and Lillian MacCormack.
Resting at the Hennessey Funeral Home until 10:30 on Friday morning, then transferred to St. Bonaventure Church, Tracadie Cross, for funeral mass at 11 a.m. Interment to follow in the parish cemetery.
Visiting hours will be held on Thursday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
