It is with great sadness that the family of the late Walter Oliver Easton announce his passing at the Long Term Care Unit, 40 University Dr., Corner Brook, NL on Tuesday, August 10th, 2010 at the age of 62 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife Shirley (nee Earle), son Perry (Sandra), daughters: Kimberley (Darrell Pardy), and Krista (fiancée Geoff Parsons), his grandchildren: Rebecca, Jonathan, Jessica, Joshua, Caleb, Abeni, Breanna, Marcus, Zachery, Isabella, Hailee, Devan, and Brianna, his mother Joan (stepfather Clayton Pilgrim), his siblings: Ross Easton, Tony (Joan) Easton, Joyce Easton, Pamela (Brian Pennell), Penny Easton, his brothers & sisters-in-law: Winsor (Rowena) Earle, Gloria (Wilson Gill), Clarence (Marilyn) Earle, Martin (Judy) Earle, Harvey Earle, Ramona (Wayne Vincent), Janet (Dave Dawe), Linda (Jerry Trask). Walter was predeceased by his father Walter Easton Sr, sister Fronie Easton, father-in-law Martin Earle Sr, mother-in-law Marjorie Earle. Also leaving to mourn a large number of nieces, nephews, other relatives, family and friends. The family will be receiving family and friends from the Pentecostal Church in Pasadena, today Thursday, August 12th, 2010 from the hours of 7-9 pm, and continuing on Friday, August 13th, 2010 from the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 pm, where also the funeral service will take place from on Saturday, August 14th, 2010 at 2 pm with Pastors Osmond & Gifford officiating with the burial to follow at the Pentecostal church cemetery at Wight's Road, Deer Lake, NL. Flowers, donations to the Kidney Foundation and/or The Gideons in Walter's memory would be graciously appreciated by the family.
