1955 - 2010 - Miramichi - Mary Edith Losier, wife of Richard L. Losier, of Wellington Street, Chatham, passed away at the Miramichi Regional Hospital, on Wednesday, August 11, 2010, at the age of 54. Born in Newcastle, on October 9, 1955, she was the daughter of Simon and Mary (Savoy) LeBouthillier (Butler). She was a long time employee of the Portage Restaurant and a former employee of Zellers Ltd. She attended Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Roman Catholic Church, Chatham Head. She is survived by her husband, Richard; her parents, Simon and Mary LeBouthillier (Butler), of Chatham Head; two daughters, Janet Losier (Jason), of Nelson and Judy Losier (Paul), of Napan; five grandchildren, Damian, Jaelyn, Cameron, Dylan, Allie; five sisters, Linda Savoy (Jim), of Moncton, Brenda Harris (Orland), of Trout Brook, Carmel Sturgeon (Philip), of Blackville, Christine LeBouthillier (Butler)(Neil), of Moncton, Carolyn LeBouthillier (Butler) (Michael), of Chatham head; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be at Adams Funeral Home Ltd., 1409 King St., Chatham, on Friday only, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from Nativity Blessed Virgin Mary Roman Catholic Church, Chatham Head, on Saturday, August 14, 2010, at 11 am, conducted by Father Peter Stephens. Please note, vigil prayers will be held at the funeral home on Friday evening, at 7 pm. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Palliative Care Unit of the Miramichi Regional Hospital, or any charity of the donors' choice, would be appreciated by the family.
