Néri LeBlanc, 89, of Moncton passed away on Saturday, August 14, 2010 at the Dr. Georges L. Dumont Hospital, Moncton. Born February 28, 1921 in Bouctouche, he was the son of the late Dosithée and Marguerite (LeBlanc) LeBlanc. Néri operated the C.N.I.B. canteen in Moncton for over 30 years. Néri will be greatly missed by his daughter Louise LeBlanc (Robin Lavoie) of NT, three sons: Jean-Paul (Pauline) and Marcel (Cécile) both of Moncton, Raymond (Linda) of Saint-Jean Chrysostome, QC; two sisters: Laura Daley of Moncton and Rita Robichaud of Cormierville; seven grandchildren: Lisa, André, Monique, Gisèle, Natalie, Daniel, Jérémie; two great grandchildren: Raina and Max; many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife, Lorraine (Belliveau) LeBlanc, many brothers and sisters.
Resting at Frenette's Funeral Home, 88 Church Street, Moncton (858-1900). Visiting hours Wednesday evening from 7 to 9 p.m. and Thursday morning from 10 a.m. until time of departure (10:45). The funeral mass will be celebrated at Christ-Roi R.C. Church on Thursday, August 19, 2010 at 11 a.m. Interment will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Shediac.
