Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Monday, August 23, 2010, Richard J. Bartlett of Marysvale, aged 79 years. Predeceased by his parents, Michael and Margaret (nee Newell), his brothers: John, Thomas, James and Patrick, his sisters: Johanna Lush and Cecilia Fowler, sister-in-law Kay Bartlett. Leaving to mourn his loving and devoted wife, Agnes (nee McHugh); his sons: Vince (Gail), Richard (Regina) and Michael; daughters: Margaret (Suz) (Jim Kenny), Mary (Danny) Dalton, Holyrood; his loving grandchildren: Victoria and Stephanie Bartlett, Brent and Blake Kenny, Danielle and Andrew Dalton; his brother Michael (Madeline); sister Eileen Shea; sisters-in-law: Margaret Bartlett and Bride Power; brother-in-law Jack (Margaret) McHugh. Resting at Broughton's Funeral Home, Brigus, with visitation on Tuesday, August 24th from 2 p.m. - 9 p.m., Wednesday, August 25 from 10 a.m. - 9 p.m. Funeral to take place on Thursday, August 26, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. from Our Lady of Snows Church, Marysvale with interment to follow in the R.C.
