Helen Mary (Shannon, Killeen) Webber, 93, passed away August 23, 2010 in Dalhousie, NB. She is survived by her children Carol (Webber) LeJeune of Fredericton, NB and Leslie Ralph Webber (Wanda) of Dartmouth, NS; grandchildren Marc LeJeune (Lisa) and Jason LeJeune (Tina), and Violet, Jesse and Christy Webber; great-grandchildren Tate and Abbey LeJeune. She was predeceased by her husband, Ralph H. Webber, one brother and two sisters. Helen was born in Halifax, NS on May 16, 1917 and was a survivor of the Halifax Explosion. She was a member of the Charlo Women's Institute, Past Matron of the former Chaleur Chapter #17 Order of the Eastern Star, a member of Saint Mary's Anglican Church, and a volunteer at Saint Joseph's Dalhousie Hospital.
A memorial service will be held in Nova Scotia at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to the IWK Children's Foundation, Halifax, NS or a charity of your choice.
