At the Palliative Care Unit of the Prince Edward Home on Sunday, May 31, 2009, of Wilfred Lorne Newman, of New Haven, aged 67 years. Dear father of Mark Newman (Sandra) and Suzanne Newman (Gerv Sytnyk). Survived by his grandchildren, Taylor, Cameron and Keirsten Newman. Brother of Ralph (Marjorie), Eleanor Roberts (Robert), Irwin (Sereita) and Lloyd (Linda) and survived by mother-in-law Margaret MacNevin, brother-in-law Lloyd MacNevin (Sandra) and Byron MacNevin. Predeceased by his wife, Victoria (nee MacNevin). Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home from where the funeral will be held in the funeral home chapel on Wednesday at 2 p.m. Interment in Argyle Shore Cemetery. Visiting hours on Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society (P.E.I.) or the Argyle Shore Cemetery Fund.
