Passed peacefully away at The Salvation Army Glenbrook Lodge surrounded by her loving family on August 23, 2010, Bertha Somerton in her 90th year. Predeceased by her husband Charles. Leaving to mourn her son Walter (Donna); 3 grandsons Jeffrey (Amanda), Greg and Christopher (Kerri); 6 great-grandchildren and special sister-in-law Beatie; as well as other relatives and friends. Resting at Carnell's Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Rd. on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. - 12 noon, 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. and on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. - 12 noon. Funeral services to take place from St. Lawrence Anglican Church on Thursday at 2:00 p.m. with interment to follow at The Anglican Cemetery, Bauline Line Ext.
