Mrs. Ruth Marie Logan of Smith Creek, passed away on August 29, 2010 at the age of 75. Born in Woodstock on November 15, 1934, she was the daughter of the late Donald and Helen (Earl) Hawkins. Ruth will live on in the hearts of her husband Doug, four daughters: Shelly Saulnier (Tony) of Moncton, Leslie Lewis (Peter) of Rothesay, Kimberly Arsenault (Justin) of Rothesay and Tracy Logan of Saint John; five sons; Bill Horne of Rothesay, Tom Horne (Heidi) of Red Deer, Alberta, Michael Horne (Janet) of Saint John and Stephen Horne of Sussex, Shane Logan (Marjorie) of Saint John; two Sisters: Dorothy Delong (Otis) of Wildwood Alberta, Frances Colpitts (Sam) of Quispamsis; 11 grandchildren, three great grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews.
Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176), where visitation will be held on Tuesday from 1 to 3 and 6 to 8 pm. A Celebration of Ruth s life will be held from Wallace Community Chapel on Wednesday, September 1, 2010 at 11:00 am. The interment will take place at Gosline Cemetery.
