Passed peacefully away at the Leonard A. Miller Centre, on June 2nd, 2009, Frederick Gordon Chafe, age 90 years. Predeceased by his wife Claudine, March 17th, 2009. Leaving to mourn sons Frederick (Ann) and Randy (Patsy); grandchildren: Curtis (Patty), Jason (Krista), Peter (Kristen); great-grandchildren: Cole, Jacob and Alexie; brother Ron (Grace); sisters-in-law: Kay, Grace Parmiter, Olga Whitten (Roland); brothers-in-law: Joseph, Raymond and George Chafe ((Joan), also many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue on Wednesday, June 3rd, 2009 and Thursday, June 4th, 2009 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. and on Friday, June 5th, 2009 from 10 a.m. to 12 Noon. Funeral service to take place from St. Paul’s Anglican Church, Goulds on Friday, June 5th, 2009 at 2 p.m. Interment to follow at the Presentation Cemetery, Goulds.
