1943 - 2010 - Roy Cormier, 67 of Port Dover, ON, passed away on Sunday, September 5th 2010, with his loving family at his side at the Norfolk Hospital, Simcoe, ON. Born in Egmont Bay, PEI, he was the son of the late Tilmon and the late Angeline (née: Blanchard) Cormier. Prior to retirement, Mr. Cormier worked as a truck driver. He is survived by five sisters: Lorraine Cormier, Florence (André) Dupuis and Yvette (Paul) Gosselin, all three of Dieppe, Della (Raymond) Hébert of Moncton and Linda (Gerald) Godin of Saint John; three brothers: Raymond (Jeannette), Ernest and Louis, all three of Moncton as well as several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by one nephew, Christopher Cormier.
Visitation will be held at the Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, NB (857-1901) on Saturday from 9 am until time of funeral. Funeral service will be celebrated from the Chartersville Funeral Home Chapel, on Saturday, September 11th 2010, at 11 am.
