McCULLEY, W. Leslie - 81, of Smith Avenue, Parrsboro, and formerly of Port Greville, passed away Thursday, February 19, 2009, in the Halifax Infirmary, QEII. Born in Port Greville, he was a son of the late Abram and Clodine (Cole) McCulley. He is survived by stepsons, Stephen Hatfield, Oxford; John Spicer, Parrsboro; stepdaughters, Mona McCulley, Port Greville; Beatrice Lamb, Halifax; sisters, Marion Akerley, Halifax; Blanche Forsythe, Port Greville; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his first wife, Ruby (Morris); second wife, Geraldine (Hatfield); sisters, Leota, Flossie, Stella, Reta, Margaret, Eva, Evelyn; brothers, Herbert; and Ross, Carl, Charles in infancy. A graveside memorial service will be held Saturday, June 6, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. in the Parrsboro United Cemetery, Rev. Sandra Riddell officiating.
