Passed suddenly away at the Harbour Grace Marina on Saturday, September 11, 2010, Charles Donald Noel of Carbonear, age 64 years. Predeceased by parents Charles and Elizabeth; brother-in-law David Nicholl; sister-in-law Mary Nicholl. Leaving to mourn wife Doreen; one daughter Jennifer Elizabeth (Howard Sheffer), Tottenham, ON; one son Richard George Elliott (Nancy), Barrie, ON; two granddaughters: Jessica and Jenna; one sister Margaret (Jay) Garvey, Tottenham, ON; brothers-in-law: Fred (Paula) Nicholl, Tottenham, ON and Rod (Joan) Nicholl, Clarenville; also a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
