Ruby May Wilson

Ruby May Wilson, age 86, of Springhill, passed away peacefully, Sunday, May 31, 2009 at the North Cumberland Memorial Hospital, Pugwash, with her family by her side.
Born in Hamilton, ON, she was a daughter of the late James & Rosena (Wambolt) Gouchie. She spent her early years in Halifax, NS and all her adult life in Springhill, NS.
Ruby will be sadly missed by her daughter Deanna (Lawrence) Capon; Grandchildren Michael, Kevin and Mark (Sonya) Capon; great grandchildren, Michelle, Stephanie, Justin, Jessica, Megan, and Ben; brother-in-law, Len A (Gwen) Wilson, and foster granddaughter, Marguerite Perrs and her daughter, Christine. She was predeceased by her husband, Felix; sons, Allan and Billy; brothers, Basil, Garl, Herb, Allan and Leonard and sisters, Mona, Pearl and Audrey.
Cremation has taken place under the direction of the A.H. Brown Funeral Home, Springhill. A graveside service will be held in the Hillside Cemetery, Springhill on Wednesday, June 3, 2009 at 2 pm. In lieu of flowers donations to the Canadian Red Cross, North Cumberland Hospital Auxiliary or a charity of the donor's choice, gratefully appreciated.
