Passed away suddenly on June 6, 2009, at Carbonear General Hospital, Ellen Belbin of Jerseyside, Placentia Bay, formerly of Grand Bank, at the age of 82 years. Predeceased by her sister Margaret and brother John. Left with loving memories are her husband of 59 years Thomas; her children: Gary (Lynn) of Calgary, Raymond (Brenda) of Fort McMurray, Cathy (Eldred Barnes) of Mount Pearl, Glen (Dee Anne) of Mount Pearl, and Tom (Elizabeth) of New York; eleven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; as well as other relatives and friends. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 73 Commonwealth Avenue, Mount Pearl from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. on Monday, June 7th. Funeral Service will take place at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, June 9, 2009 from Barrett’s Mount Pearl Chapel. Interment to follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
