It is with great sadness that the family of the late Grenfell Hoffe, of Deer Lake, announce his passing in the presence of his loving family on Monday, September 27th, 2010 at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital in his 63rd year. He will be sadly missed by his best friend and wife Lillian (nee Rumbolt). Number one Dad to Todd (Trina) Hoffe, Debbie (Shawn) Pomeroy and Travis (Rachel) Hoffe. Best Poppy in the world to Melanie Hoffe, T.J. Hoffe, Ashley Pomeroy, Ethan Hoffe and Caleb Hoffe. Cherished son of Beatrice Hoffe and his brothers and best buddies Herb (Ruth) Hoffe and David (Joanne) Hoffe. Also a large circle of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his father Frank Hoffe. Visitation will take place today, Wednesday at 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. from Parsons Funeral Home & Chapel, 63 Northmain Street, Deer Lake. Funeral service will take place on Thursday at 2:00 p.m. from the Anglican Church with Canon Meade officiating. Interment to follow at the family plot on Wights Road.
