
Thomas Fox
Thomas Fox of Saint John passed away peacefully at The Saint John Regional Hospital on October 3, 2010. Ted was born in Saint John on July 20, 1925 son of the late Thomas and Ethel (Steeves) Fox. He was a veteran of WW II where he served in the UK and Europe. Following the war he was employed initially at Canadian Pacific, later transferring to CN Marine, finishing his career as the executive vice president. He was an active member of the St. Andrews Legion. Ted will be sadly missed by his wife Sandra (Galbraith) Fox of 60 years sons; Michael (Lorna), Gary, both of Moncton and Paul of Gagetown. He is also survived by his seven grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Aside from his parents he was predeceased by his brother James, sisters, Pauline Henderson, Shirley Bardge and Daryl Blomquist.
Resting at Castle "Fallsview" Funeral Home 309 Lancaster Ave. Saint John West (634-1701) with visiting on Tuesday, 7 to 9 p.m. A Tribute to a Veteran Service will be held at 7:00 pm. Tuesday. The memorial service will be held on Wednesday at 2:00 pm. at Castle Funeral Home "Fallsview Chapel". Interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery.
