Passed peacefully away at the Blue Crest Nursing Home, Grand Bank on Sunday, October 3, 2010, Eli Kelland of Grand Bank, age 85 yrs. Predeceased by wife Rosetta, son William Kelland, grandchildren Joey Kelland, Judy Cox, and Dennis Kelland; leaving to mourn: Son's Reg (Sueann), Jack (Triff), Wayne (Brenda), Earl (Sharon), Gary (Joan), Henry (Cathy), Randy (Janice); Daughters Judy (Wally Stone), Patsy (Melvin Cox), Eileen (Wilson Kearley), Lorraine (Keith Cooper); Good friend, Gord Pardy, daughter-in-law Betty Kelland, sister Emily Noel, sister-in-law Selina Matthews; 25 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, also a large circle of other relatives and friends. Funeral Service was conducted by Majors Lyndon and Lisa Hale from the Salvation Army, Grand Bank, at 2pm on Tuesday, October 5th. Interment followed at the Salvation Army Cemetery, Grand Bank. Music was provided by David Noseworthy and Herbert Dunford. Pallbearers were: Reg Kelland, Jack Kelland, Wayne Kelland, Earl Kelland, Gary Kelland, Henry Kelland and Randy Kelland.
