We would like to express our sincere appreciation and thanks to all who helped us through this difficult time. Thank you to all our friends and neighbours who sent cards, messages, donations in his memory, gifts of food and made telephone calls.

Thank you to Dr. Davis and Dr. Dean, and the nurses who cared for him while in hospital. Special gratitude to Rev. Derek Thomas and the choir of All Saints Anglican Church for a beautiful and memorable service, and thanks to his grandsons, great-grandsons and special friends for being pallbearers.
