It is with great sadness that the family of the late Estella Jesso, of Red Brook, announce her passing at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital, Corner Brook on Monday, October 4, 2010 at the age of 94 years. She will be sadly missed by three sons: Finton of Port au Port East, Donald (Melinda) of Stephenville, Angus (Dorothy) of Red Brook, nine daughters: Ursula Campbell Smith of Stephenville, Elsie (Lewis) Costard of Kippens, Sarah Young of Red Brook, Theresa (Louis) Jesso of Brampton, Ontario, Edna (Louverne) Alexander of Kippens, Nancy Rowe of Ship Cove, Jocelyn (Gordon) Johnston of Port au Port East, Dina (Thaddeus) Jesso of Lower Cove, Madeline Skinner of Port au Port East and daughter-in-law, Clara Jesso of Kippens, 36 grandchildren, 44 great-grandchildren, 8 great-great grandchildren and special friends, John McCarthy, Maurice Woodfine, Kenneth O'Leary and a large circle of relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Anthony, son Murdock, grandsons, Gerald and Limbert Costard and five sisters: Eleanor Rowe, Lorena Benoit, Sarah Bell Jesso, Madeline Benoit, Regina Wheeler, five brothers: Dominic, Howard, Eli, Ronald, Limberg and sons-in-law, Gerard Campbell, Ron Smith and William Young. Friends may call at Our Lady of the Cape Parish, Cape St. George on Wednesday and Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Services will take place on Friday, October 8th at 2:00 p.m. at Our Lady of the Cape Parish, Cape St. George with interment in the Roman Catholic Cemetery in Marches Point. Funeral arrangements are under the supervision of Russell's Funeral Home, Stephenville.
