Passed peacefully away at the Interfaith Citizen's Home, Carbonear on Tuesday, October 5, 2010, Marie Chafe of Harbour Grace, age 88 years. Predeceased by husband Henry; son Charles; daughter Gail and sisters: Theresa and Freda. Leaving to mourn one daughter Madonna (Kevin) Martin, Harbour Grace; daughter-in-law Barbara, St. John's; four grandchildren: Trevor (Tina), Keith, Kevin (Colleen) and Brian (Shawna); seven great-grandchildren: Kerri, Ryan, Caitlin, Chelsea Jaylynn, Julia and Andrew; one sister Betty Savoie, Louisiana, USA; brother-in-law Alex Nicholl, Harbour Grace; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Harvey Street, Harbour Grace. Funeral Mass to take place on Thursday, October 7 at 10:30 a.m. from Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, Harbour Grace.
