It is with great sadness that the family of the late Minnie Jackman announce her passing on Thursday, October 7, 2010 at Western Memorial Regional Hospital, Corner Brook, NL in her 77th year. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her daughter, Ann Marie; son, Fred & wife Gloria; grandsons: John (Deanna), Christopher, Nathan; granddaughter, Belinda (Jerry); great-grandchildren: Brooklyn & James; daughter-in-law, Anne, as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband, John Jackman, her father, Fred Snow, her mother, Blanche Greene and her brother, William Snow. Visitation will take place at Country Haven Funeral Home, 167 Country Road on Sunday, October 10th, 2010 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will take place at Country Haven Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, October 11th, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. with Father Don Leonard officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, no flowers by request, memorial donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, the Diabetic Association, or the Western Memorial Regional Hospital Foundation.
