Stephenville

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Michael Joseph Young announce his passing at the Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital, Stephenville, on Tuesday, October 5, 2010, at the age of 80 years. Michael was greatly loved and will be sadly missed by his loving family. He leaves to cherish his memory: his wife, Alice Maude of Stephenville and his 12 children and their spouses: Bob (Phyllis), Susan (Jeffrey), Gloria (Gordon), Eric, all of Regina, Saskatchewan, James (Kelly), Ben (Kayla), both of Orangeville, Ontario, Michael (Tammy) of Fort McMurray, Alberta, Larry (Marie) of Stephenville, Barbara (Lloyd) of Stephenville Crossing, Veronica (Pat) of Piccadilly, Madonna (Robert) of Lourdes, Phyllis (Rick) of Port au Port. Also leaving to mourn 14 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; one brother, Hector of Sheaves Cove and one sister, Masie of Cape St. George. Private family funeral service will take place. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated. Funeral arrangements are under the supervision of Russell's Funeral Home, Stephenville.
