Dec 1, 1933 - Oct 6, 2010. It is with great sadness the family announces the death of Mary Craig (Ferris), which occurred on Wednesday, October 06, 2010 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. She was the daughter of the late Joseph and Evelyn Ferris. Mary served many proud years as a Warrant Officer with 722 Com Squad Reserves and was a member in good standing for many years with the Women's Association of the Sgt's Mess. Mary enjoyed several years of friendship with fellow members of the Reserves and was proud of her years of service. She loved to play cards and was a faithful bingo player for many years. Mary was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Survived by sons Michael (Kathy) Craig, Paul (Cathy) Craig, daughters Patricia (Trevor) McKay, Pam (Ronald) Stevens, Lynn (Harold) Sharkey, Christine (Eric) Raynes. Brother Thomas (Dolores) Ferris, Grandchildren Jennifer Craig, Jeff Craig, Shawn Craig, Jamie Craig, Christopher Craig, Kelly Craig, Stephanie Craig, Tara Bonnell, Stewart Craig, Mathew Sharkey, Joseph Craig, Sarah Craig, Aaron Craig, Samantha Raynes and several great grandchildren. Mary was predeceased by her husband Owen Kenneth Craig, son Owen Joseph Craig and grandson Michael Billard. Mary will be forever missed. Visitation on Tuesday Oct 12th from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday Oct 13th at 11:00 am in the Chapel, Fundy Funeral Home and officiated by Pastor Joe Page.
