The passing of Timothy "Tim" John Collins of Upper Caverhill, NB, husband of Vicki (Storey) Collins occurred on Saturday, October 10, 2010 at his home. Born on October 27, 1959 in Stanley, NB, he was the son of John Collins and the late Pauline (Scott) Collins. Tim enjoyed spending time with family and friends, especially his grandchildren. In addition to his wife and father, Tim is survived by two sons, Trevor John Collins (Krissy) of McGivney, NB, Kevin Dwaine Collins (Ronda) of Sarnia, ON; daughter, Becky Price of Fredericton, NB; four brothers, Dwaine, Donnie (Laura), Brad Collins all of McGivney, NB, Terry Collins of Fredericton, NB; sister, Edna Peterson of McGivney, NB; seven grandchildren, Dillon, Cameron, Triston, Logan, Cadence, Serenity, Dawson and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his mother, Tim was predeceased by one sister, Elaine Collins.
Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton, NB on Tuesday, October 12, 2010 from 7 to 9pm. A Funeral Service will take place at York Funeral Home's T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel on Wednesday, October 13, 2010 at 11am with Rev. Brad Collins officiating. Interment will take place in the McGivney Community Cemetery. Pallbearers for this service will be Merle Storey, Nathan Storey, Sonny MacLaggan, John Collins, Matthew Storey and Jared Peterson.
