Alvilla Irene Wright of Woodstock, NB passed away at Riverside Court Retirement Residence in Woodstock on Monday, October 11, 2010, at the age of 86. Alvilla is survived by one son Philip D. Wright (Carol) of Connecticut; one granddaughter Stacey L. Cardy (Jansen); four sisters Ruth Martin, Woodstock, NB; Helen Nichol, Fredericton, NB; Shirley Patterson, Dow Settlement; Maxine Eavis, Nova Scotia. Several nieces & nephews. Alvilla was predeceased by her parents William & Rhoda (Stairs) Wright; her husband Donald Frank Wright; two brothers Herman & Harold Nichol. Resting at the Scott Funeral Home, 815 Main Street, Woodstock, NB , with visiting on Tuesday from 7 to 9 pm. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 11 am from Scott Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Leonard Cousins will be officiating, with interment in the Ritchie Cemetery. www.scottfh.com
