The death of Mrs. Jean A. Moore, wife of the late Lawrence Moore occurred on October 12, 2010 at Loch Lomond Villa. Born in Lower Millstream on September 25, 1922, she was the daughter of the late James R. and Agnes M. (Holmes) Long. She is survived by her brother Ronald (Audrey) Long of Saint John, several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was predeceased her husband Lawrence, sisters Hazel Drouin, Flora Watson, Freda Little, brothers Bert and Elbert Long.
Resting at Castle "Fallsview" Funeral Home 309 Lancaster Ave. (634-1701) with visiting on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be take place from Castle Fallsview Chapel on Friday at 11 a.m. Immediately following the service, a reception will take place at the Fallsview Family Reception Centre. Interment in Pioneer Cemetery, Penobsquis. Donations to the Alzheimer's Society or the Apohaqui Community Church would be appreciated by her family.
