July 27, 1930 - June 3, 2009. It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anna Bernadette (Bouzane) Manship of Camden Park Terrace, Moncton, on June 3, 2009. Born in Little Bay, NDB, Anna grew up in Bishop’s Falls. She was the daughter of the late Catherine (Philpott) and Bernard Bouzane. Anna was a Registered Nurse and worked at the Moncton Hospital for most of her long career. She had a great thirst for knowledge and a love of books and enjoyed debating a wide range of topics. She will be deeply missed by her sons Jon (Leslie) of Moncton and Robert of Halifax, N.S. She is also survived by her siblings - Theresa Cooke (Bishop’s Falls); Helena McDonald, (Bishop’s Falls) Margaret Penton, Gander; Lillian Bouzane, St. John’s; Florence Petro, Springfield, IL, USA; and Jim Bouzane (Geraldine) St. John’s and their families. Anna was very proud of and dearly loved her two grandchildren Alexandra and Chloe. She was predeceased by her husband, Wendell, in 1992.
