The death occurred at the Summerset Manor, Summerside on Sunday, June 14, 2009 of Erva Pearl "Dolly" Gregory (nee MacLeod) of Summerside and formerly of Norboro. Dolly was born on Dec. 10, in Mount Pleasant, P.E.I., to her late parents James and Pearl (nee Biggar) MacLeod. Beloved wife of Melford Gregory and loving mother of Pauline (Eldon) Gautreau of Summerside. Also lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Christopher (Chantell) and Carrie Gautreau and her great-grandchildren Hayden and Griffin along with several nieces and nephews. Survived by her brother David MacLeod of Freetown. Besides her parents, Dolly was predeceased by her first husband George Nichelson, her daughter Jean Nichelson and her brothers and sisters Pauline, Velma, Bernice, Aubrey and Vernon. Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Road, Summerside until Wednesday, June 17, 2009 for funeral service in the funeral home chapel at 2 p.m. Interment to take place in St. Paul’s Cemetery at a later date. Visiting hours on Tuesday, 7 - 9 p.m. and Wednesday, 1 p.m. until time of service.
