Passed peacefully away at her home on Sunday, Oct. 17, 2010, in her 87th year. Predeceased by her husband John W. in 2004; parents William and Margaret Boone; sister Madeline; brothers Monsignor William, Fred and Patrick. Leaving to mourn are her two sons John (Mary) and David (Libby); four grandchildren Michael (Krista), Stephen (Gillian), Paul and Jennifer (Derrick) and special great-grandchild Matthew; sister Mary Mahoney (Ralph); sisters-in-law Patricia Boone, Betty Wood and Ruth Halliday; brother-in-law Clifton. Numerous relatives and friends. Resting at Caul's Funeral Home, LeMarchant Rd. Visitation on Tuesday and Wednesday from 2-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will take place on Thursday, Oct. 21, 2010. Arrangements to be announced. Interment to follow at the Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations can be made in her memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
