Predeceased by parents Moses and Florence. Leaving to mourn wife Edith, Gander; two daughters: Rhonda and Annette (Chris) Jackman, both of Ontario; two sons: Freeman Carl (Mary) Parsons, ON and Chad, Gander; eight grandchildren: Raymond (Fawn), Julian, Caitlin, Cory, Nicklaus, Jason (Tara), Brad (Aishling), Michael; five great-grandchildren: Aspen, Hunter, Lucas, Quinton and Alainah; one brother Wilfred, Harbour Grace; one sister Carrie Elizabeth (Parsons) Gruber, Long Island, NY and also a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
