1913 - 2010 - Julia Boudreau, 97 of Manoir Saint-Jean Baptiste, Bouctouche, and formerly of Dixon Point, wife of the late Lionel Boudreau (2004), passed away on Saturday October 30th, 2010 at the Manoir Saint-Jean Baptiste. Born in Saint-Norbert on January 15th, 1913, she was the daughter of the late Edouard and the late Dométhilde (Richard) Hasselman. She will be sadly missed by her son Joseph "Alyre" of Waltham, her three grandchildren, Karen, Brenda, Arthur, and two great grandchildren, Gabriella and Kylie. She also leaves to mourn her two sisters, Doris Poirier (Alderice) and Flora Poirier (Gerard) both of Moncton, and one brother, Arthur (Marie) of Hartford, and several nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by two sons, Arthur (1957), Anthime (1988), one grandson, Kevin (1981), two sisters, Irène and Rita and seven brothers, Emile, Louis, Henry, Ernest, Maurice, Albert, and Roger.
Visitation will be held at Maillet Funeral Home, 29 rue de l'église, Bouctouche on Tuesday from 1 to 2:45. Funeral Mass will be at the Saint-Jean Baptiste Roman Catholic Church, Bouctouche on Tuesday, November 2nd, 2010 at 3:00 pm, with internment in the parish cemetery.
